RefundPolicy

1. All sales are final

AtlasOrc sells digital products that are delivered instantly and can be downloaded or copied the moment an order is placed. Because they cannot be returned or “used up” like physical goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description, previews, and any free sample carefully before you buy.

2. What “non-refundable” means

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once an order is placed.
  • This includes change of mind, buying the wrong product, lack of skill or tools needed to use the product, or the product not matching your personal expectations or workflow.
  • It also includes cases where you did not read disclosed requirements, such as paid third-party tools, software versions, file formats, or setup complexity.
  • Free products involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

3. Check before you buy

Most listings include preview images and many include a free sample. If anything about a product is unclear, contact the seller or email hello@atlasorc.com before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the right product — but we cannot reverse a completed purchase.

4. Genuinely broken or undelivered files

If a file fails to download, is corrupt, or was never delivered because of a technical fault on our side, email hello@atlasorc.com with your order ID and a description of the problem. We will restore your access or re-deliver the file. This is a delivery fix, not a refund — your purchase remains final.

5. Duplicate or unauthorised charges

The only payment reversals we process are for genuine billing errors — for example, the same buyer charged more than once for the same product because of a payment retry, or a charge credibly shown to be unauthorised. These are payment corrections, not product refunds. Email us with the order ID and we will investigate.

6. Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, UPI app, card issuer, or Razorpay, the payment provider may reverse the transaction independently of this policy. While a dispute is open we may pause related download access, seller balances, and payouts until it is resolved. Raising a dispute in bad faith on a delivered digital product, or repeated chargeback abuse, may lead to account restrictions.

7. Effect on access and seller balances

If a payment is ever reversed (duplicate charge, unauthorised charge, or a dispute decided against the sale), AtlasOrc may revoke or disable download access where technically practical, mark the purchase accordingly, reverse the seller's unpaid balance for that order, and adjust future payouts if the seller has already been paid. The purchase record may remain visible for receipts, audit, tax, dispute, and support purposes.

8. Seller Pro subscription

Seller Pro is a feature subscription. Sellers can cancel from settings and keep Pro access until the end of the paid billing cycle. Pro subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law or duplicated by a payment error.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any right you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded. Where the law requires a remedy we cannot contract out of, we will honour it.
