Can I pay an even lower fee?
Yes — through referrals. Invite another seller with the link in your dashboard, and once they sign up you both pay 4% instead of 6% on your first ₹25,000 of sales. It's automatic, with nothing to claim.
Is the 6% really the only fee?
Yes. We absorb the UPI / Razorpay processing cost out of our 6%. The ₹9,400 take-home on a ₹10,000 sale is the actual number that lands in your bank - no hidden card-network charges, no platform "service fees".
What about refunds and disputes?
Refunded sales reverse the 6% - you net zero, we net zero. Disputes follow Razorpay's standard timeline. We absorb the small dispute fee Razorpay charges (₹100/dispute) unless the seller loses 3+ disputes in a quarter.
How fast do payouts reach me?
Add your UPI ID and we pay you there. Each sale clears after a 72-hour window, then your available balance is released to your UPI ID — typically within 2–3 business days — once it reaches the minimum payout amount.
Do I pay tax through AtlasOrc?
No. AtlasOrc is the platform; you're the merchant of record. GST liability, ITR filing, and 26AS are on the seller. We expose monthly sales statements in /dashboard for your CA.
What does Trusted Seller status do?
Trusted status is earned through a strong seller history and can add buyer trust and priority handling. Listings still remain subject to AtlasOrc review and policy checks.
Is there a free trial?
There's nothing to trial — uploading is free, listing is free, having a storefront is free. You only pay when you make a sale.
