1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AtlasOrc, a marketplace for digital products operated by AtlasOrc Technologies in India. By creating an account, listing a product, claiming a free product, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from this page.
2. Roles on the platform
- Buyers may browse, purchase, claim free products, receive product updates, save purchases to a library, save products to a wishlist, and post reviews on products they have bought, by signing in with the same email used at checkout.
- Sellers may create storefronts, upload digital products, sell in INR, collect opt-in subscribers, and receive payouts through UPI.
- AtlasOrc provides marketplace hosting, checkout, delivery, moderation, dispute handling, and payout administration. Sellers remain responsible for their products, listings, licences, support, and taxes.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate account, checkout, store, and payout information.
- Paid selling is currently limited to India-based sellers because seller payouts are made only to Indian UPI IDs. Free products may be listed without a payout method.
4. Seller obligations
- You may sell only digital products you own or are licensed to distribute.
- You must keep product descriptions, previews, dependencies, and compatibility notes accurate, since all sales are final and buyers rely on them before purchasing.
- Paid products require a valid UPI ID before publication; you are responsible for keeping it correct.
- Material edits to an approved or rejected product may send it back to review before it appears publicly again.
- You must respond to buyer and AtlasOrc support requests within a reasonable time, normally within 48 hours.
- Your listings and files must comply with the Content Policy.
5. Products, delivery, and access
- AtlasOrc supports one-time digital products, free products, free samples, preview images, and seller-uploaded product updates.
- Buyer-facing recurring product subscriptions are not generally available yet. Seller Pro is a separate feature subscription for sellers.
- After a successful paid checkout or free claim, AtlasOrc creates a 72-hour email download link that can be used up to 5 times.
- Signed-in buyers can re-download paid purchases from their library while the purchase remains eligible for access.
- Private product files are delivered through time-limited signed URLs. Do not share download links or files outside the licence granted by the seller.
6. Payments and checkout
Buyer checkout is processed in INR through Razorpay. Indian buyers can use supported UPI and other Razorpay payment methods; international buyers may use supported cards where Razorpay permits. AtlasOrc does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
Guest checkout is supported. You must provide a valid email because that email is used for delivery, receipts, fraud prevention, support, and library linking if you later sign in.
7. Platform fees, referrals, and seller payouts
AtlasOrc charges a platform fee on paid sales. The current base take rate is shown on the pricing page and seller page. A valid referral relationship may reduce the take rate by the configured number of percentage points on the configured first-GMV cap for each participating store. Referral discounts are applied automatically where the platform detects eligible attribution and may be denied for self-referrals, abuse, fraud, or invalid attribution.
Buyer payments pool in AtlasOrc's Razorpay account. Seller shares accrue in the AtlasOrc payout ledger and are paid manually to the seller's UPI ID after the sale clears the 72-hour window, is not under an open dispute, and the available balance meets the minimum payout threshold shown in the dashboard. Payouts are typically sent within 2-3 business days after becoming eligible, but banks, UPI apps, holidays, disputes, compliance checks, or incorrect payout details can delay settlement.
8. Seller Pro subscription
Pro is an optional seller feature plan billed through Razorpay, currently offered monthly or annually. Pro unlocks features such as badge removal, discount codes, broadcast email to opted-in subscribers, advanced analytics, featured-placement eligibility, and priority support. Pro does not change the base platform take rate unless a separate referral or platform setting applies.
You may cancel Pro from seller settings. By default, cancellation is scheduled at the end of the paid billing cycle, and Pro features remain active until that paid-through date.
9. Taxes and compliance
Sellers are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes, duties, filings, invoices, GST, VAT, income tax, withholding, or similar obligations that apply to their sales, income, products, or jurisdiction. AtlasOrc may withhold, deduct, report, or request information where required by applicable law or payment partners.
10. Buyer and seller communications
Buyers receive transactional emails such as receipts, download links, support updates, and refund or dispute messages. Sellers may see buyer email addresses and order details needed to operate their store, provide support, and view sales. Sellers may send broadcast emails only to buyers who opted in to that seller's subscriber list, and every broadcast must include unsubscribe handling.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Reselling, copying, or redistributing another person's work without authorisation.
- Uploading malware, credential stealers, ransomware, or executable/installable packages that AtlasOrc blocks.
- Manipulating rankings, reviews, ratings, referrals, discounts, payouts, subscriber lists, traffic, or featured placement.
- Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks, fake identities, or misleading buyer information.
- Scraping the platform, bypassing rate limits, probing private files, or interfering with security controls.
12. Moderation, takedowns, and suspension
AtlasOrc may reject, hide, remove, archive, or request changes to any product or store that appears to violate these Terms, the Content Policy, third-party rights, payment partner rules, or applicable law. We may suspend payouts, downloads, subscriber tools, or accounts while we review fraud, safety, IP, tax, or dispute concerns.
13. Intellectual property
Sellers retain ownership of their products. By listing on AtlasOrc, sellers grant AtlasOrc a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, scan, display, transmit, deliver, market, and promote the listing and related assets only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the marketplace.
14. Refunds and disputes
Digital products on AtlasOrc are non-refundable and all sales are final, as set out in the Refund Policy. Where a payment reversal, chargeback, fraud review, or dispute affects a sale, AtlasOrc may adjust sales status, buyer access, seller balances, referral GMV, discount usage, future payouts, and store standing as appropriate.
15. Disclaimers and liability
The platform and seller products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AtlasOrc does not guarantee that seller products will be error-free, secure, suitable for your system, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasOrc's aggregate liability to any user in a 12-month period will not exceed the platform fees paid to AtlasOrc by that user in that period.
16. Reviews and ratings
Signed-in buyers who have purchased a product may post a star rating and written review of it. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must follow the Content Policy. You may not post fake, incentivised, traded, or manipulated reviews, reviews you were paid to leave, or reviews containing unlawful, abusive, infringing, or other people's personal data. By posting a review you grant AtlasOrc a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, store, and distribute it across the marketplace, and your display name and avatar are shown publicly alongside it on product and store pages. Sellers may publicly reply to reviews of their own products. AtlasOrc may moderate, hide, edit, or remove reviews and replies that violate these Terms or the Content Policy.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the marketplace, law, payment rules, or safety practices change. Material changes will be announced through email, in-product notice, or a platform banner where reasonably practical before they take effect.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
