Internal Chatbot Automation Workflow

Build an internal company knowledge assistant in n8n without starting from a blank canvas. This workflow watches a Google Drive folder for new or updated documents, filters supported file types, extracts metadata, deletes old chunks when documents change, downloads the latest file version, chunks the content, generates OpenAI embeddings, stores vectors in Pinecone, and answers teammate questions through an n8n chat agent. The chatbot uses Gemini 2.5 Flash, conversation memory, and a Pinecone knowledge-base search tool. It is instructed to search the internal knowledge base before answering and cite source files in its responses. No credentials are included. Buyers connect their own Google Drive, Pinecone, OpenAI, and Gemini credentials inside n8n after import.
